Finland's Act on Electronic Invoicing enters into force, giving businesses and public entities the right to request EN 16931-compliant electronic invoices.
April 2020
Public authorities begin accepting EN 16931-compliant electronic invoices.
This mandate currently affects e-invoicing, not e-reporting.
