Mandatory B2B e-invoicing

January 2022

KSeF launched as a voluntary national e-invoicing platform.

E-reporting rollout

June 2024

Original mandatory rollout postponed to allow additional preparation.

Royal Decree published

February 2026

Mandatory KSeF e-invoicing begins for businesses with annual sales exceeding PLN 200 million.

April 2026

Mandatory KSeF e-invoicing expands to all remaining VAT-registered businesses.
